Product Returns

At decorelia.gr we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, in case something you do not like or do not do or it was defective or does not correspond to the product of your order, you have the right to request the replacement of the product. For the replacement process, the maximum return period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Order cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order and if the product has not been shipped, you should contact customer service at 2810287202 or e-mail decoreliacreations@gmail.com. If your order has been shipped, you can return it with the same courier. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Within 15 days you can return a product accompanied by a proof of purchase or a delivery note if it was purchased with an invoice.

The product must be closed in its original packaging.

For returns from Cyprus and from abroad, shipping costs are borne by the person making the return.
